Volo auto museum

We decided to take a quick day trip to Illinois last week. Thought I'd post some pictures.

The Volo Auto museum is located in northern Illinois.

Lots of movie cars and the rest of the cars are all for sale. They had some vintage RVs and boats too.

It was interesting. They also had a lot of random stuff. Including a Titanic and crime and punishment exhibits.

I visited there about 20 years ago. They have made it a lot better. It was dark and dingy back then.

It's still pretty wonky, But my wife and daughter enjoyed it too. They usually won't do car stuff with me.

Some of the railroad movie props came from one on my lines down in So Cal. It is definitely on my list of places to visit!
