Tammy just had her first sonogram this past Tuesday and found out we are having a girl :ecit These 3d sonograms are crazy! She is due August 12th.

We have some awesome friends that have given us a crib and changing table, along with other stuff like a jogging stroller and a car seat. They weren't having any more kids and were moving soon.

We are pretty excited. We are both 27 and waited on having kids until we got our schooling done, careers established, and got some traveling/vacations out of the way. Now I get to be the dad that has to intimidate the boyfriends to keep them in check!!! :scar :lol Not looking forward to all the baby dolls and shows like Hanna Montana. Thats when daddy gets to spend his alone time in the garage :pbj

Congrats. Its a great feeling. My first (a boy) is due in June. But dont waste any time, from what i hear you want to get all your projects done now.

Oh yeah- you'll want to get that garage time in now. You won't get much done the first few years, but it is worth it.

Congratulations!

Stacy and I have four kids 3 boys and a little girl.

Raising children is simultaneously the most rewarding, wonderful, frustrating, terrifying, and best experience you will ever have.

Just remember to raise her right, NO RICE!

To steal a line from here on out " It doesn't get any better than this" well until the 2ND comes along. Oh don't forget child on the way means a couple of things #1 start funding education guess you might want to include health care no a days as well.

But don't forget child is GREAT excuse to consider another project so you will be prepared when they start driving. I've used that one a couple of times with great success.

Congrats :vic

My eldest daughter was born August 12.
If your baby girl grow up to be like mine - uh - you have my sympathy.
Honestly, I'm proud of her now as an adult, the teenage years aged me quickly though.
Best wishes,
Joyce

I have two daughters ages 5 and 2. Get ready to play barbie dolls, my little pony and preteneding to be the king/prince. It is amazing what you will do to spend quality time with your kids. When your kids get a little older it is fun to ask them What do I do to let you know Daddy loves you?" You will be amazed at the response and what they really enjoy doing with you.

You mean to tell me you knocked up that hot wife of yours? Has she ever seen what kids do to boobs? :amaz J/K congrats

I have to agree what everyone has said here and THIS WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE forever. But in a good way. Do you believe in love at first sight? When you hold your daughter in your arms for the first time you will! As the father of a teenage girl you never know what is next. :scar Again congratulations! fd

Congratulations!

We just had our first 2 weeks ago. What a ride, and it's only the beginning. I feel like I haven't slept for months.

+1! When my oldest, now 19, was in his junior and senior years of HS my stress level was at it's highest. That's also when I had my heart attack! My middle son turned 13 this week (great another teenager), and my youngest will be 12 next month. At least they are all boys. I sure would have loved to have a little girl but I know my sisters drove my mom crazy.
Oh, sorry, I guess I should be saying congratulations! :craz
but I do love them so!

Congratulations and there is some hope. I've been building a hallway in the basement the past couple days. My 4 year old daughter has her own plastic Craftsman workbench with all the tools and was hanging out with me this afternoon. When I was hammering, so was she. When I was drilling, so was she. When I was sawing, so was she. She even took all my tape measures and put 'em on her workbench. She disappeared for a while and was outside the basement playing in sawdust and some kittly litter I had spread out. She was an absolute mess and I ended up building her a little sandbox (2x4 scrap pieces) so she could put all the "dirt" in it. Now they can start PMSing at about 2 but they will do "cool stuff" with daddy. Enjoy man. It's awesome.

Congratulations Jeremy! That's great news. My best to you and your wife both. I've raised 4 over the years and now have taken on Grandparent duties! As a matter of fact, yesterday when I got home from the car show, my son and grandson were at the house and my grandson wanted to drive pop's muthang! So in my lap he went and around the block HE drove! We had a blast!

Congratulations, your life as you currently know it will soon be over. You will have something you would trade your life for.

That's great news.
Sons are yours until they take a wife
Daughters are yours for the rest of your life..

I have 2, 10 and 12 and they are agetting to be a handful.

:lol :lol Thanks Pat, I knew you'd come through in the clutch! Yeah she's a bit nervous about the whole nursing thing

Thanks for all the comments guys. Yeah it'll definitely be life changing but it'll be for the good. I'll have to buy my own GI Joes so that I'm prepared when the baby dolls come out to play :pbj

I've got 5 months to get the T56 installed, rebuild the rear end, build an aftermarket gauge cluster, and get some new tires and rims. Any bets I won't make it?? :scar :scar
