Welcome Badass70

You say that your car is bada$$, but do you actually have anything to officially recognize this?

Oddly enough, checkout the StangFix "member tags" that a lot of us are displaying on our cars.

Forum language rules prohibit me from expressing my true feelings, so let me just drop a bunch of these on you two.....

Most of the pictured member tags installed on cars were taken from a distance that makes it difficult to read clearly the "recognized american badass" logo on the tags. The coffee mug was a...... screw it, you know why I used that picture.

thanks everyone i have a 1970 mustang grande that i thought i was going to restore but ended up going the complete other way with it.. its not done yet heres a sneak peak..

* bottom pic is what i used to look like, pictures look dam good but really it had issues........

forgot to mention everything i had to do , well i first started off with removing everything that i could, started cutting out the passenger side floors, then got a little ahead of myself and ripped off the vinyl roof that was on there. Thank the lord there wasnt any rust after 40 years.. then i worked on the driver side finished the entire floor of car, then worked on the body work on the outside.. alot of pain and suffering went into this as this is my first restoration and im so ready for my next.. i just cant wait to get it back on the road CJ pony ive been waiting on for almost a month now for some dam brakes.. they said beg of next week ill have them who knows.. but now for the fun, im added a mach 1 stripe to the cowl. a nice set of magnum 500s are in progress getting tires mounted.. this week i have to wet sand and polish then time to put the interior back.. i recovered all the seats looks awesome, new deluxe door panels custom made to what i wanted, and a nice grant wood steering wheel.. going to be a fun little driver that ive always wanted.. hopefully this winter i can open up the motor and add some real pony to it!!

by the way i bought this car from the original owner.. he had it stored for 20 years.

Badass!

Need to see some more pics of the rear treatment. Not sure I've seen that before. Is that Mexican Shelby parts?

Lol no it's made by maier racing, it looks bigger in pictures then it really is I'll try and get a few more. And let me tell you fiberglass sucks I'll never play with that stuff again, such a PITA!!!

Yeah I felt it gave it a little bit of a fastback look, I like it just hate the way it lines up I had to re adjust it multiple times even after that picture.. Anyway hope to finish it within the next couple weeks.. I'll post complete pics when done
