What a downer

I found out that my 19yo cousin died Tuesday. He had been fighting cancer for several years. Finally got the best of him. I didn't really know him that well and have not seen him in 3 or 4 years, but man.... he was 19. What a downer. His dad is obviously devastated. They were huge Jets fans so his dad is planning an after funeral tribute party at a bar to watch the Jets on Sunday. Wish I could be there to have a drink with him.

Wow, sorry to hear that.

SWMBO has cancer, going through Chemo now.

Not a Jets fan, but will try to wear a green and white tie to church for him.

Sorry for your loss. I also rooted for the Jets last week, but I will not be able to this week.

What a story. That's really cool. Hope Sanchez and the rest of the team can keep it together and make some magic happen.
 
There's something strange going on this week.... we just found out my girlfriend's grandmother passed away a few hours ago. She was 96 and not in good health, but geez. Anyone else ever have a week like this? WTH

Yep, it always comes it 3's. Its an old tale that seems to be true more then not.
 
lethal, you are right. It does come in 3's. Just found out a friend of a friend (who briefly dated my GF's cousin) died yesterday of a drug overdose.... whoa.
