What car

This car belonged to a friends grandfather. Anyone know the make?

I was told that it is a late model T sedan.

Sedan would indicate a hard roof. This with a soft top would be a Model T Touring. Still not 100% sure.

1918-ish Dodge Tourer

Hmmmmmm, a 1918 Dodge Tourer's front fenders are very long as compared to what we see in the pic. Also the back window panel seems to taper inward from the top going down to the cab on a Dodge, whereas the pic show a rear window panel pretty vertical from a side view.

I think the Dodge has a longer hood also.

Someone else suggested that it is a Franklin series 10C 1924-25

The Franklin hood looks longer but the Franklin does have a front bumper and the brackets (that hold the top when down) by the rear corners of the body look the same. Hard to see if the OPs photo has a sloped radiator like the Franklin.

could the bolt pattern of the spokes to wheel rim be any clue?
