what coil should I use with my Summit ignition box?

I'm using Summit's digital ignition box which is described as as CD (capacitive discharge) unit. I installed it approx 2 years ago along with a Mallory canister coil. I came across the Mallory box last night and is states not to use that coil with CD ignitions but seems to have been ok for the last 2 years. Is this something to worry about and if I need to replace the coil, what unit is compatible with a CD digital ignition? The Summit-brand coil they recommended is a "box" and I prefer the canister type.

Mallory # 29216, it's the one I've been using for approx 2 years. The box said it's not compatible with CD ignitions but Summit's part description & application states it's not compatible with inductive ignitions. So, going under the assumption it's been good so far and conflicting compatability info, I'll just stick with it, unless someone advises to get rid of it immediately.
