What I did Saturday morning

Before I went to the Cupertino Mustang show, I went to Watsonville to pick Olallieberries. A cross between the Loganberry and Youngberry, it's about 2/3 blackberry and 1/3 raspberry. It was developed in Oregon in the 1950's but grows best on the California coast. The drive to Gizdich Ranch is nice, too. South to Gilroy and west on either hwy 152 or 129.
