wondering what wires go to these terminals on the back of a 65 wiper motor?

For 1965, there's about 2 or 3 different wiper/washer harnesses. I believe what you're looking at are the leads for the washer motor pump switch.

One of the harnesses has two spade leads which plug into that module.
