Whats a 2 valve 351 Cleveland worth?

Just curious, its in a 1 owner 72 Torino 4 door, and suposedly only has 17K original miles. It runs and sounds great, but the car has been stored outside all this time, and a lot of the metal is shot. Any ideas on a value. I have a buddy who would like to put it into a woods truck.
 
what we call a non street legal woods beater. in this case its a late 80's bronco similar to this one. Its even painted camo too.
