When you give a guy a project car...

...he will want another. :lol

It's official. If I get anymore junkers, I will have to take my shoes off in order to count them all. Talked my next door neighbor into taking the Duramax and went to Volga, WV and picked these two beauties up yesterday:

With these additions, I have EIGHT project cars if I count up all the non-running cars on the property.
2 x Mustangs, one 300ZX Turbo POS, a '66 Plymouth Fury monstrosity, 2 junkers on their way to the scrap yard in the sky, one big azz UGLY blue truck with NO A/C and a very blown headgasket, a Chevy truck with a bad trans (killed it attempting to drive to WV the first time LOL), and a Grand Am that proves the fact I've yet to buy an intact car.

How many projects do youse got? Why is my Mustang progress so slow? What is the meaning of life? :lol
PS: If you know of a silver Grand Am for parts, a good 6.5TD motor, or a good 2wd 700R4, let me know. :lol

I'm gonna show my wife this post.

"See honey, I could be like THIS GUY!!!"

Very rarely will someone make me look good...this is one of those rare moments.

in some parts im envious, but 1 project car is enough for the time being lol good on you though for giving 8 a crack :lol

me too, I have 4 67 Mustangs (one isn't mine but it's at my house) and I have lot's of my buddy's 67 Ranchero in my garage... My wife is so understanding but there is a limit!

I've got the Mustang and been looking for an older Trans Am in a sense but not too seriously.

Decided probably going to put off any new project cars for now and focus on getting flooring put in the downstairs of the house, etc. I just wasn't seeing anything out there I was in love with that didn't need way too much work for what people were asking except for the cars that were already "done" but then they wanted a fortune. Besides if they're "done" what's the fun in that?

For my own piece of mind (do not want to get hit while I am sleeping), I am limited to 1 project car.
so you were on thin ice for a while there?!?

And that would be a bad thing?

mine is a keeper espically with all the deployments I have gone through...she is still around and at home taking care of the home front...its the least I can do to try and keep her happy....plus my 3yr takes a lot of my money already...
