Which gear oil for t-10 trans?

Standard 90W or 85W-110. Same gear oil for a standard rear-end.

When I rebuilt a Muncie M21 2 years ago I read that Stalube GL4 gear lube from NAPA was one of the best... Up until then I didn't realize there were various gear oil standards. I don't know specifically about the T10, but I'm pretty sure older Muncies and Borg Warners were using similar materials and clearances in their designs and would probably guess that what ever gear oil you use, you'll probably want it to be GL4 rated. The muncie shifts very nice now and that's even after using a couple borderline worn gears.

I used 90w in mine. It worked fine and I drove it like I stole it. This was many years ago though. there may be other options.
