My great Aunt, Mildred Carlson was born in Centerville, South Dakota.

During her life, the following milestones occurred.

Chevrolet Motor Cars was founded 5 days after she was born on Nov 4, 1911.

Air travel became a reality

on and on and on.

We had an absolute blast in Reno this past weekend celebrating her 100th. My mother and aunt (her sister) rode with us up and back. My son flew up and rode with my sister back to socal.

Here are some pictures.

Maybe they give out free samples at the Tbird motel?

Absolutely she is enjoying life! We had got her a tiara for the party and she said 'Next year, I want a bigger Tiara'. That comment was priceless!
 
Congrats!!!!

MIL is 91....and still a pain in the asssss.....but still going strong.
