1968 styled steel painted body color?

Sorry for my questions, you see every now and then in '68 with some web styled steel wheels painted the same color as the body, I wanted to know was an 68/69 option? :hmm (I'm starting painted wheels and I'd like to get them highland green as the body with the accent ..)

Another question: the accent styled steel '68, were an original option 68/69 or a "made in china" modern? :hmm

I have seen some Cougars body color but I think the Mustang wheels were only in Argent (Silver).
