Anyone close enough to Richmond Ill. to check out a car?

I've stumbled ac cross a car that I have some interest in attaining and wondering if someone
is closer than I500 miles away could check it out for me. I would like someone to of course check for rust and perhaps do a cowl leak test along with mechanical and perhaps a test drive. Also some pictures.

If your close enough to Richmond and might be able to make time to do such a favor I would really appreciate it. I would be more than willing to cover any expenses and perhaps buy you a diner or such.

For those not sure, it is northwest of Chicago and is on the Illinois-Wisconsin border. A wee bit too far of a drive for me, otherwise I'd offer to check it out!
