Automatic Transmission Efficiency

Anybody have a good estimation of how much RPM is lost going through a bone-stock, recently overhauled C4 in drive? Trying to calculate engine RPM at certain road speeds.

RPM loss on a torque converter is a function of load - the more power you put in, the greater the rpm slip and the more torque multiplication ou get out. Cruising on flat land, my C4s have given ~2-300 rpm of slip. More going up hill, etc.
