BBQ up and running

Went to the store and placed spicy Italian sausages, pork butt and cut some St. Louis ribs. Shut the front door the rear and hide the children they were fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!

First time I did it like competitive bbqers do. Smoked all but the sausages for 4-5 hours and then wrapped them with my sticky goo with butter and brown sugar with apple cider. Cooked them for 1 hr and placed sauce for 30 turning every 10 minutes. The bones were falling off the bones. I've never had done it that good
