Cement for electrical connection in ceramic -Alt.

Well while making my own wiring I managed to pull a male electrical spade out of the ceramic block (top of pic) it was cemented into. I can't tell what the glue/cement is that's holding the other male spade in but it's not soft as I can't press my fingernail into it. Any idea what type of bonding agent I need to buy and where to pick it up? I tried clear silicone and it of course pulled out the next time I tried to remove the female spade...
It's a large case 1G 100A alt. from a mid '70's full size Ford/linc/merc. and worked very well for a year to give me some extra amps so I'd like to stick with it and just cement the spade back in solid so I can reinstall the alt.

Thanks, Jon
