Christmas dinner

We had smoked ham, cheesy potatoes, sweet potatoes, asparagus, purple, rolls.

Ham was smoked for 5 hours with cherry wood.

Here is what we did for Christmas dinner, LOMO AL TRAPO (SALT-CRUSTED BEEF TENDERLOIN GRILLED IN CLOTH), roasted fingerling potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts.

Had a Big Fat Sirloin steak and baked 'tator, but by the time I saw this it was history. But trust me it was Damn good !!
 
We had deviled eggs, rosemary / garlic prime rib, ham, roasted brussel sprouts, roasted carrots, rolls, flan and cookies.
 
We had a Honeybaked ham, hash brown casserole, Mac-n-extra cheesy, green bean casserole, corn casserole, cranberry sauce, rolls and pumpkin pie.....buuurp......ahhhh
 
And yes I forgot to take pics. We had grilled steaks, crabcakes, bacon wrapped prawns, wonderful veggies and potato dish, lobster bisque soup.
