Here's the pictures of our new designed coupe headliner. By making the sail panels separate it will cut the shipping cost in half.

Very Nice. When you need to put in the hole for the seat belt shoulder strap, is it in the headliner or the sail panel?

There's already a dimple in the headliner where it goes. Headliners were run today, and the new boxes should be here by the end of the week.

Do you need to buy the lights, switches, and brushed aluminum insert for the console?

We install everything before it goes out, this was just a demo run part.

Thanks, we were still within one inch of getting the box size down so it could be shipped Fed-X or UPS. We have started on the 69-70 fastback headliner also.

I would be VERY interested in your 69-70 headliner as part of my Boss project! Do all of them incorporate the roof console or will there be a "smooth" option as well?

We are making the 69-70 with or without the console. I'll try and post some pictures tonight.

Here are some pics on how we start making a plug in order to make a mold for the 69-70 headliner. Here are some other pics also of the 69-70 parts we have. gauge cluster, door panel, lower console, piece over the glove box and rear bumper so far.

What are you getting for those 69/70 lower consoles? Can I get it in a different finish? (black), I have eliminated the wood grain in mine.

The cost for the 69-70 is the same as the 65-68, 765.00. We can paint the belly pan a satin finish which is common for those who don't want the brushed aluminum.
