Couple of cowl ?'s

Ok i have all the panel off the front of the car and the windshield out. Is there anything i need to remove inside the car to pull out the cowl? Also it looks like there is a rubber sealant where the two peices of cowl meet. Is the spot welds under that sealant?

The upper cowl panel has two rolls of spot welds in the windshield channel. One that spots the upper cowl to the dash assembly and the lower roll spots to the lower cowl.
