Cowl removed...now what?

Kat....some of that trash may blow out with an air hose. Maybe run something around inside to lightly knock it free, then blow it out.
 
Do you have the cowl side panels removed? If so you can seam seal it after you weld the cowl lower and upper together, then after you seam sealed it you can use a small paint brush and go over the seam sealer with epoxy primer for the utmost is protection and craftsmanship. I just did my personal 69 and will be doing a 68 for a guy withing the next month. If you not concerned with originality you cam paint the back side of the dash in a brighter color to lighten it up a bit when your working under there.
