Crab omlette with Smoked Mozzi cheese

Belch! Cant think of a better Sunday morning breakfast than a omlette with Dungeness crab that the wife caught recently with sauteed onions and yes some of my smoked Mozzi cheese. Topped with a little cocktail sauce.

My wife agrees with you for she used salsa on hers. I tried salsa but preferred cocktail sauce. Oh well.

I make my own cocktail sauce. I used horseradish and seasonings and tomato sauce. Sometimes I use Wasabi....
