Non functional......but I am always watching for changes, (3 out of 8 Mustangs were scoopless) , yep, the back raises when I exit the car and other than that, it will sit stock unless loaded with Wattles.
As far as giving a "certain person" any crap......this scoop is about 1-1.25 inches tall vs this "certain persons" scoop being 2 feet tall....I only get flamingos....."he" gets ostrich's.

I would have to say that Pete has a LOOOOOOOONG way to go before his scoop is anywhere near the size of that jet engine scoop that J has.
