Help with A/C - Freon

Is it factory or hang on?

Does it have a sight glass?

If it has a sight glass and you are charging it with R12, charge it until the bubbles in the sight glass just barely go away. You want no bubbles but not much beyond that. I'd guess off hand two to two and half 12oz cans should get you there.
