Hitting the US for work

Hey all,
I am heading to the US on wednesday with work. Flying into Washington, then driving to Pikeville, KY, from there up to Cleveland then back towards Philadelphia.

I am looking for recommendations on the following when if get some free time.

Mustang related sites
Bars worth visiting..(hooters, High Female/male ratios, etc, etc),
Gun ranges.
Bikini car washes scheduled over the next 2 weeks...
Or anything of interest that is not too far off the beaten track...

This is the suggested route to hit all the places we need to get to for the work side of things. We will be driving all the way.

There is a hooters in Monroeville, Just outside of pittsburgh. Infact you will probably drive right by it, and never even know. http://www.hootersofmonroeville.com/ Monroeville is off of 76, as you travel east on the turnpike. If you have time to kill in the pittsburgh area, let me know as i could tell a few things to do. Great night club scene downtown - Soutside / Strip District (Buisness Not Women, lol) Allthough theres strip clubs to if you want, Indoor Shooting range, where you can rent guns http://www.anthonyarms.com/. About 20 minutes off your path is Laurel Mountain Mustang, http://www.laurelmountainmustangparts.com . Not a great showroom by any means. Actually kinda dingy, but they have in stock, just about anything you may need, or could take with you. (plus a few carcasas laying in the back lot) If you have a day to kill, Pittsburgh has a water park, Sandcastle (plenty of eye candy and 20 somethings in little bikinis). And theres an Amusement Park Down the road http://www.kennywood.com/ . Famous for its rollercoaster, The Phantoms Revenge, (at one time, i think it was the fastest in the world) and a few old school all wooden rollercoaster. If you need more info, just let me know.

So made it back in one piece.....I had the good fortune of having a spare day and instead of sitting around Washington I headed south to New Bern where i met up with Dave Sanborn and his family.

A big thanks to Dave and his son Joe for taking the time out to go cruising around in the Stangs for the afternoon. I don't get to see many stangs in this part of the world and i got huge inspiration from it..

Another great trip to the USA, beers, hooters and an afternoon spent in two beautiful Stangs.....

Unfortunelty I busted my camera just before the trip so I only got a few crappy camera phones ones of the cars.

Thanks again Dave..

You've nothing to thank me for. We really enjoyed your company and it was a nice break from the normal routine around here. We're already looking forward to our next meeting.... hopefully it'll be in one of your irish pubs instead of our local Hooters.

If you are into rock&roll, you can visit the rock&roll hall of fame in Cleveland. When you get off at E.9th St. just keep heading north. It is only about 2miles off of I-77. If you go down E. 9th you can't miss it because it is right on the lake. No way to pass it.

Why are these two cars in a used car lot?

That lot was just across from Hooters, we ran out of beer money so selling the cars seemed like a good idea at the time.

On the way back from Hooters we stopped to check out a few muscle cars at a local used car lot. There was a 64.5 Coupe there with it's 260 V8 badging..... a black and gold early '80's 6.6 litre Trans AM.... and a 65 327/4spd Chevelle that was as sweet as could be. No ideas on any of the prices as the sales staff seemed non-existent. I'm REAL curious what the Chevelle asking price is....

But...wait...most of those cars seem to be imports with one or two American econoboxes. Ya'll drank too much. It wasn't a 6.1 engine. It was a 1.6 engine.
