If you're looking for a deal...

It might be a good deal, if it weren't for the vin/title issue. I'd steer clear of a car that doesn't have a clean vin/title.

Here's a quote from the ad, "Original inner fender has factory VIN number stamping and VIN number does match the title. It is being sold "as is", "where is"."
