Supposedly 18 horsepower steam engine-- the pulling tractor around 850--not sure on the weight, the steam engine is supposed to be 2-3 thousand pounds of torque.

Growing up in farm country in the 50's and 60's, a neighbor of ours used two tractors like that. He never believed in rubber wheeled equipment. Did his all his farming with steel wheeled antiques (even then they were). Not sure of the power comparison, but not much stopped them.
