Peanut butter bacon and onion cheese burger sliders

Pretty darn good!!!!!!!!!!

Freshly ground slider patties with a rub
Two slices of thick bacon and Caramelized onions topped with sharp cheddar
Peanut butter with maple syrup mixed then heated in the micro for a spreadable consistency
Slice of tomato and shredded lettuce
Pretzel bun buttered and grilled served with spicy sweet potato fries salad and watermelon

Have to mash it down to get a bite on it. Looks tasty.

looks good. Peanut butter on beef - not what one might choose, but the flavor combo might be unique and tasty!?!

You need to add more maple syrup than you'd think. I was using Adams natural peanut butter and itis very thick. I'd aim for something like mustard/catsup consistency.
