Yummy. You grilled chokes look better than mine. I guess I should leave them on the grill longer.

I wish I had your money, Craig. Artichokes are well over $3per if one can find them. I've never grilled them, only cooked them in water.

Ours are $2.50 each, but when you steam them and cut in half and grill them they become $1.25 per serving.
They are so worth it! My favorite veggie!!!!!
