Salmon Jerky and grilled Salmon skins

Need to start clearing our freezer to make room for this year's Salmon season. So yesterday I got our my dueling Big Chief smokers and did some more jerky. This time instead of tossing away the Salmon skin, I kept it for a crispy Salmon skin grill-a-thon. Belch!
