Scott Drake Bullet Mirrors - Take apart?

I am planning to use the Scott Drake 65-67 Shelby-style bullet mirrors on my project, but I need to be able to take them apart to de-chrome and paint them (and put them back together again!). Anyone out there done this and if so, would you happen to have any pictures/pointers on how it's done?

Thanks!

Without seeing one in person, I would assume they are somewhat assembled in a similar fashion as a standard mirror. Meaning there might be a hidden bolt from the bottom side?
