Smoked Pork Butt

Cooked this Saturday Night / Sunday morning on the grill. Used Coffee wood chunks. 7.8 lbs and it's almost all gone. I've been battling with my wife and son for the left overs.

If it is almost gone already, you must of gotten one that was too small! It does look good.

I am starting to get requests from my household for more smoked meat and since the temps have been in the 60s, I better get to it.
 
Another benefit of slow low cooking is that I got up and fried eggs on the cast iron griddle...
 
Looks great. I have had requests for a pork roast or something they can make pulled pork out of.

Soon. I have to clean the garage and back yard up first. Well at least the patio.
