Squeaking ...?

I have a '65 with all new brakes with about 1,00 miles on them . SSBC in the front and Lincoln Versaille in the rear . Manual , no power assist .SSBC proportioning valve . There's a very distinct squeaking / squealing noise that just developed this week . It 's rhythmic and matches the speed of the car when it's moving , but vanishes when the brakes are applied . I jacked the car up and spun all the wheels.... no squeaking . All the wheels spun freely with no sign of a caliper hanging up. Any ideas ...?

You may want to check the wheel bearings and give everything a good cleaning. Look for a gravel or some other foreign object that may be stuck in there. Look to see if there is a spring broken also. Be careful if you use brake cleaner it may damage the paint.
