Torque Spec's on 351 W. chrome valve covers.

Manual say's 3-5 ft.lbs as best I can tell but I've seen 10 on the web. Does this sound right ? ( 3-5 ). Around 60 in ft. lb. inches ? I'm replacing the caps and studs.

With valve covers, I've always tightened (original steel, aftermarket alum) until it just "feels right," when it gets a bit snug, and will check periodically.

Most of the specs I find online also calls for 10#.
