On black Friday I removed the turkey carcass from fridge and bolied it for a couple of hours. I then froze the broth because we hadnt even had the first round of leftovers. A couple of weeks later I used the remaining pieces of turley and the broth I made to prepare some really yummy soup. Kind bland with out salt & pepper though.
