Why Can't I Get Picture To Download

For some reason I can not get a picture to download to my gallery tonight. I have tried it several times and it will not show up. Am I doing something wrong or is it in the system? I got a few earlier this week with no problem.
 
Check the size, I've had an issue a couple times an it seems as if its always been a size issue. You can try and rename it and then try and load it.
