WTH is TellApart adn how do I get rid of it?

My new Win 8 laptop was showing tons of adds in just about every site I went to and it bugs me.

So after careful examination of the adds they seem to come from TellApart. I found the company on the net, but can not find a way to get rid of it.

Anyone have any ideas? I am running Win 8.
