Yay for me!!

Kat,
Lauren (my daughter) works in a similar non ER enviroment and loves it. She has learned quickly what her boss likes done to pets so there's a lot of trust in her. You will get that too. It seems to be a lot of "hmmmmm, what would the doctor do?" and make your gut judgement.

This Vet is pretty hands on compared to others I've worked for. I'm use to the vet seeing the patient, coming out telling us what s/he wants done..and we go do it while they go on to another patient...repeat. This vet spends a lot of time in the treatment room doing stuff himself.
