BASTARDS!!
Draft night was a success. We had only one manager unable to make it which was expected. So how is everyone feeling this morning as you are undoubtedly second guessing some of your selections? Took a quick look at the week 1 match-ups and projected scoring totals and seems, for the most part, things worked out fairly evenly. Of course all that will be blown up after the first round of games are played and we find out old studs are losing it and some unknown new guys are looking to claim the title. But hey, that's what's great about this game!

I'm pretty happy with my team. But Teamleslie drafted right in front of me and took 4 players in a row that I wanted, id put a player in my queue and he would snatch them up! Its like he could read my mind.
I had about 3 or 4 players I was getting ready to draft only to have Terry or my child snag them away. I hope that aRon beats da bears then breaks something.

Dude. How do you think if feels to be a BEARS fan and have to draft Cook and Rodgers?! And yes, I HAD to. Brains over heart when it comes to fantasy. Picking 9th really blew this year. Sometimes late is good but not the way this one went. Going to be a struggle. This is the part of fantasy I enjoy the most, making fun of the other captains players. It is only a game and what those who do not want to play are missing out on. To use something that a cousin said about baseball does apply to football. They say PLAY BALL! Not work ball. They play to get 10 yards.

I f'in hate Aaron Rodgers.
I can top that. I despise the SOB. Hell of a player but his arrogance is nauseating. Late in the game the refs starting to fall back into the old ways too of letting holds and such go. Not making excuses, the BEARS plain blew it. I don't think I'v ever felt this bad after a loss...and we lost a Superbowl not too long ago!

As league manager, Tim, I just wanted to remind you that I hold many powers that could really limit your chances of success this year. You may want to avoid any future slights of the BEARS or praise of that lady-man lovin' queer from the North. Yeah, I called Danika a lady-man.

I thought I had it in the bag Monday night....man did Stafford stink it up. Worst game I have ever seen the Lions play, and I've seen plenty!!

When one talks of horrible games the BEARS 2018 season opener will always come to mind. The way they lost defies explanation. At least as a LIONS fan you have come to expect your team to be bad.
We BEARS fans are still in the denial stage as we get the occasional successful campaign to keep us confused.

This is misleading. If you count the throws to the other team he was really 31/46 with over 400 yds.
