Here you can see there is lots of room at the bottom of heater control plate.

For anyone that is interested I bought the Newport intermittent kit. I post the same info in my build thread but here's an update here also.

Great, I just did my install last weekend. I is raining today and they work great. I do not know id it is my imagination or not, not I so not think that the arm travel on the windshield is as far as the stock motor.

Plus I found it easier to install the wiper arms on the motor, out of the car.
