AC Under Dash Power Source Help

Simple question.

How do I supply the Underdash AC Unit with power.

I used to use a wire piggy backed into the fuse box. this wire had an inline fuse. I just know this was hokey and I can not find out how the dealer originally wired these.

I have a local shop that will charge my system for 20 dollars plus the cost of any freon and oil and such :)
 
Factory on a '66 shows the hang down unit was powered by a yellow wire with an in line fuse coming off the center post of the ign. switch. It has a black wire to ground also and another black to the compressor.
