Amber is progressing

Well my brother who is a GREAT welder came up this weekend and for my birthday and he...
1. Welded in my new finder apron.
2. Welded in patch panels in my floor boards.
3. Welded in in patch panels on the lower front corners of both doors.

Comming back in a few weeks to weld in my quarter panel patch panel and wheel housing patch. A great weekend, I think about 50% of my sheet metal work is now complete.

Also got new front & rear valances and a new hood! All this made turning 46 a little easier!

Looking good. Is that a spot on the hood that needs patched or did you sacrifice it for patch panels?

Hood is to be replaced, rusted and damaged. Hole was cut to make a patch for the finder.
