I thought they have the 2nd best record in the NFC (behind you-know-who)? They were doing some things right, until the starting QB was injured.
 
I feel sorry...well sorry is the wrong word, but their are great players who have given their all to that team over the years only to be left out to dry by the owners who decide not to fill out the team with the remaining talent needed. in this case...a real head coach (who would see that a THE essential player have a decent back-up). :shrug

Not to argue with another Bears fan but we have a more than decent back-up QB. You can't judge Campbell based on Monday night. What we do not have is a complete offensive line that can offer even a minimum of necessary protection. If we had just an average O line (don't let the stats fool you as we do more max protect and use more TEs and backs to block than anyone on more downs) we would without a doubt be a top three or four team now for a couple years.
