Anyone recognize this nose?

I am brainstorming for build ideas for a '67 fastback.
Came across this beast:

I like some things about this car, like the front lower valance and the cowl and sail vent covers (hope I termed those correctly)
These are probably one-off parts, but does anyone recognize that front lower valance/lower nose?

looks like they used an Eleanor lower valence with a stock bumper and headlight buckets. They filled the holes for the driving lights and brake duct holes. that's my guess...

I have been burning up google images trying to figure that out, meantime I have a eleanor kit right in my garage....duh

Well how about the wheels?
