Are 1967 spindles the same as 1965?

I just want to know, are 1967 spindles the same as 1965? Are the outer tie rods the same? Reason I'm asking is because I have a 61 ranchero and I'm thinking about a V8 swap, but to do it right, you have to convert to the stronger V8, front end stuff. The most inexpensive swap is the 65-66 UCA, LCA and spindle. I have 67 suspension, but the control arms are too long according to the Falcon guys, so that leaves me with spindles. I'm hoping they are the same because they both use the KH 4 piston brakes, however I seem to remember that the 67 is wider. Hopefully, Ford made up for that width in the center link.

So are the spindles the same dimensionally between 65 and 67?

They are different, I know the 65/66 guys cant use the Granada spindles without big time bump steer. the granada spindles work on the 67

Thanks for the reply, it must have something to do with the height of the steering arm on the spindle. Does anyone have both a 65 and 67 spindle that they could post pictures of, side by side...and if I might impose further, maybe measurements of the steering arm casting? thanks
