Seems like a slight inattentiveness on the Burb's driver. Drifted a bit to the left. Left wheel grab the slush piled up in the center. Over corrected and the accident was in motion.

Lets now check the driver's cell phone records.

Also have to feel for the truck driver who ran over them.

Wow. That's sad and a testament to remaining alert keeping SA (situational awareness) at all times while driving. Poor weather amplifies the need for increased SA....
