thanks. The black on black should be a sleek look. I wanted to go with a different set of wheels then Mags. Seems like most ppl throw them on there mustangs, but I wanna be different.

What is that center cap design?

I want to see them on the car. Will there be much sidewall rubber?

Hawk wheels is what the centercap symbol is.

Im looking to see them on the car also. Gotta pull the car out of garage and put the rims on. Ill see how much room I have then and order the appropiate size tires for the front and back. The rims are 17x9 with +24 offset. Between the offset and wheels spacers I have i think ill clear everything fine.

What size wheel spacers did you get? You'll need at least 1.25" for the front based on measurements of my 70 in order to clear the ball joint.

Thats pretty close to what I put on mine. I didn't need wheel spacers or anything though. Justin

yea I should have no problems fitting them. The hubs about 2" in from the end of the rim so its got 7" of backspace. Hoping to get the car up on a jack stanf this weekend and give the front a test fit.

I can almost guarantee you'll need spacers for the front with a modern 17x9 rim. Jcode68, what wheel width and backspacing does your rims have?

About 6.25" backspacing is the max you'll fit out back before you get dangerously close to the leaf spring, so you may end up needing a smaller one for the back.

They are 17x8 all the way around with 4.5 backspacing.
