Druthers ==> Oct 21-22. Still questionable if we can go; depends on my work situation.

I'll call the Manager at Kon Tiki today and firm up Oct 21-22. He is holding 10 rooms so get your reservation in ASAP to confirm. Pismo is very popular in the fall so rooms go fast.

Mention you are with the Mustang Group.

I told the manager we would propbaly take ten rooms.

I just booked. Still rooms left. She just asked "king" or "Queen," so I took the one with the "King Stripper Pole." :thu
 
Got my room. Gonna stay until Monday, we will be able to visit with the kids during our off time.

Now I have to get the car registered so I can drive it.

If I run out of time, I'll just have to rent one!

Looks like we have to move from "we'll be there" to "probably not." Since Katie's department got defunded money is tight, and we're still adjusting. I think it's likely that we'll opt out this year while we try and get re-settled.

On the plus side, looks like I may get a promotion, so next year we should be back! I'll miss my mustang fix this year though.
 
Well, i am in sort of the same bucket. I started this new job and time off is tough. Amber is doing radiation now and is super tired. I am not sure how she will feel. We will need some time off in late Sept. so we may have to trade a trip to SD for the MITM.

Maybe we can meet up with Angelo and Katie.....Taco tour 2011?

I am sad, but we are at the end of a rough year. Knott's may be tough because Amber will be going through he recovery from reconstruction surgery!

This is turning into two years of crap. I just want it to end!

I'll be off SF for a while so I thought I would ask for a headcount of who will be at MITM?

I know Joann and I will be there, that's at least two. :sarc

Mike: Looks like my work thing is working out okay where I'll be able to afford MITM, so count me "in" for now. I'll know for sure by mid-September. Just one, though; Sharon is working on a bear of a project and will just be getting back from a European trip and won't be able to make it.
