Hey gang,
We are putting together Christmas packages for our troops. Shari is getting cards and letters from the kids at Ermalyn's and JD's school. Out of all the stuff we send over, the cards and letters go over the best. It really picks up the day when they can see art work or read letters from our kids, any kids.
If you don't know anyone under the age of 21, that's OK, they still like homemade goodies or store bought goodies. We are hopping to get 10-15 boxes of stuff this time. Here is a short list of items they like.
Microwave Popcorn
Spices/ stuff to make the food taste better
Coffee (regular brew)
Powdered Flavored Creamers for coffee
Powdered Drink Mixes for bottled water
Various nuts / peanut combinations / trail mix
Beef Jerky
Chocolate (usually melts but still goes over well)
Car Magazines (old ones work best)
Other Magazines - Current event magazines ( Time , People, US, Entertainment Weekly etc.)
We need to have it in the mail by December 11th. If you can send cash/check/money order, I will do the shopping. We have a troop support link on the site just to your left near the bottom if you want to use paypal.

Thanks all, we have APO addresses in Iraq, Afghanistan and South America so there will be plenty of folks getting the goods. They like getting the Stangfix and ORP T-shirts too to lounge around in when they are not on duty. The new GO ORP shirts will be making there debut.
I"ll be doing the shopping on the 8-9 so we have just under 3 weeks to get going. Let's make this holiday a little brighter for the folks that make our home safe for all of us.
