Christmas goodies for our troops

I'v got tons of mags laying around that the wife would love for me to get rid of. Any kind ok?
Hot rod, 4 wheeler, car and driver, automobile etc...

I usually try to give them to hospitals so the the patients have something to read, never thought of this.

I'll box up a bunch and some goodies and send it out this week.

That's just what they are looking for. Old ones are fine too. Anything from home makes 'em smile ...... :)

And .... here it is :pep

And this ain't all of it. The parents and kids from Ermalyn's class are doing up an additional 4-5 boxes of stuff for our troops. They are doing a class project with cards, letters and art work. The partents are putting together more goodies and it will all be shipped out on Friday. We have 12 address's to send goodies too so each location should get two boxes.

My family and I want to thank all of the members for this donation effort and especially Randy and Rick for letting this happen. This is by far the biggest amount of donations we have sent. They are gonna love it.

We are going to flip a coin to see who gets the grease monkey :craz

Sir or Ma'am,

Thanks for sending our the Christmas care package. After five planes
and a HMMV ride later, we are enjoying the contents.

I am an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle pilot and site Mission Commander
here. You could say that I play PlayStation games for a living, but it
is slightly more complicated than that. Most of what I do is fly a very
small remote control plane with a powerful camera over soldiers who are
on a mission. The camera lets us see what people in the area are doing
and if they are up to something that deserves attenton. It is a fun
job, but it can be quite complicated as we are often required to be over
a certain place at a specific time. The Mission Commander part means
that I am responsible for all of the planning of a flight, including
ensuring we have the proper amount of fuel, our radios work properly,
the antenna signal will be able to reach the aircraft, and a myriad of
other things.

Needless to say, we're quite busy here. I think that Christmas Eve
and Day will be the first days we've had off in a couple of weeks. My
crew (3 civilians) and I again very much appreciate the care package.
Rest assured, we're sharing with everyone, including the truck crews
that brought the mail over the mountains to us.

Thanks again for your support.

Merry Christmas,
AT1 James "Screech" Younger
